Dreams of spring have inspired four colorful designs in clear and bold watercolor to cheer
us during the remaining winter months.  The plucky daffodils are always the harbingers of
spring and the graceful tulips follow quickly.

This offering consists of delights in yellow (maybe a yearning for more sunshine?).  There
are two compositions of daffodils and two of tulips.  All four are rendered in watercolors
to achieve the amazing color of these plucky early beauties.

Note cards are available, as are signed and numbered prints.
Spring Beauties  Series A
Welcome to the COLORS OF THE SEASONS from Jean Skelton Original Art!
'Almost Yellow Tulip'

Not the deep yellow so often found but a delicate pale cream with hints of yellow and warmth.
This is a very sophisticated tulip!  And yes, it is in my favorite room too.
'Yellow Tulip'

The graceful tulip emerges after the daffodils to continue the encouragement of spring.  These are
lovely in the yard and really inspiring in a vase in my favorite room!
'Daffodil Joy'

These comfortable beauties bloom early in my yard and I rush out to pick the earliest, even in the
cold wet of late winter.  And then I pick more, and I pick more and I pick them until they are all
gone.  Do I like them or what?  :)       So... good thing they come abundantly year after year.
'Daffodil Trumpet'

In the back yard every year, not as plentiful as those above, they seem to saying 'look at me!
look at me!'  and I do.  The contrasting color in the trumpet catches the eye and one wonders
how they do that.  No I don't want a lesson in genetics - wonder is just fine.
