I'm truly pleased that the Lenten Roses bloomed in my yard this spring - and the sturdy blooms

'Very Proper Hyacinth'
The Very Proper Hyacinth was so named because I found it to be a very stiff little flower, poking
it nose out of the ground in the cold early spring. Then a friend pointed out that it really is a
stiff and sturdy plant - hence the name. Yes, in my yard, painted with watercolor.
